This Asian cauliflower variety looks like broccolini disguised as cauliflower. Like broccolini, it has a long edible stem and bushy crown—and like cauliflower, it has a sweet, mild, nutty flavor and light cream color. Swap it in recipes calling for broccolini or serve it raw on veggie platters.
