Baby Turnips are a miniature version of the regular sized turnips. They have the same flavor profile but are sweeter and do not need peeling, but when done, they are snow white. They are also marketed as Hakurei or Japanese turnips.

Sliced Baby White Turnips make a crunchy sweet addition to any green salad; they are also wonderful simply sautéed in butter and white wine. These are not your ordinary turnip.
