Bay Leaves

  • PRODUCT INFO

The flavor is slowly absorbed from the oils of the bay leaf during the cooking process. As an alternative to salt, they may be combined with vegetables or dressings for a sweet flavor. When poaching fish or shrimp, a Bay Leaf may be added to the water and removed before serving.
