Edible Flowers (Chive Blossom)

Chive Blossoms are the edible, delicate, beautiful purple flowers that grow from Chives.  They may be pulled apart and used for a mild onion flavor added to egg dishes, sauces, potatoes and salads or simply used for garnish.
