Spring Garlic is the immature garlic plant harvested before the bulb has matured. It has a milder taste than fully matured garlic and resembles small leeks or green onions.

    Mince and add to all types of salads and salad dressings. Dice or chop and add to stir-fries, mashed potatoes, omelets, risotto, frittatas, pizzas, breads, sauces and soups. One stalk is equivalent to one or two garlic cloves.
