Use on anything you like just as you would use pepper. Also, try sprinkling on cut fruits and vegetables such as mango, papaya, watermelon and jicama. For a savory treat, sprinkle on popcorn, nuts and crackers. Product of New Mexico.
Store at room temperature for up to one year without losing flavor.  Keep chile shakers out of direct sunlight.

    The Hatch pepper, grown exclusively in the Mesilla Valley near Hatch, New Mexico, is considered to be one of the most flavorful peppers in the world.
