Jujubes

Also known as Chinese Dates. Jujubes offer a very unique flavor, not comparable to other fruits.  They are usually eaten raw after they’ve ripened, but can also be used in desserts and baked goods. They are also good dried and used in place of raisins or dried figs or candied.
