This Red Kale has vibrant deep magenta red foliage. Its purple blushed and tipped gray-green leaves are lobed like an oak leaf with ruby red veins.
It has a peppery flavor, and is served in salads, soups, pasta sauces and stews. It also makes great 'chips'. Simply drizzle with olive oil and bake in a hot oven until crunchy than sprinkle with salt.
