Kumquats (Fukushu)
Larger than standard kumquats, Fukushu's still measure only 2-3 inches, with a slightly more oval shape. The sweet rind ranges in color from light gold to a deep orange.

    Fukushu Kumquats have a few small, edible seeds and provides a pleasantly tart flavor that plays well off the sweetness of its rind. The entire fruit is edible and makes an excellent ingredient in stuffings, cakes, and muffins.
