Honeydew Nectarines get their name from the color of their skin giving this fruit its misleading name. Its light green-yellow meaty flesh has a deliciously sweet taste with a succulent texture.
They may be eaten raw, jellied, cooked or candied. The skin is edible but may be removed. Add their succulent sweetness to ice cream, sorbet, pies, quick breads, tarts and cakes. Blend into yogurt or add chunks to fruit salads.
