As its name implies, Broccoleaf™ is the leaf of the broccoli plant and is similar in flavor. Looking very much like collard greens, this leafy green has a mildly sweet flavor and is packed with nutrients. It holds up well under heat, yet is tender enough to serve raw. Use in egg dishes, potato au gratin or simply sauté with butter and garlic.
