Organic Chard (Green)
Chard is a member of the beet family, grown for both its leaves and celery-like stalks. Organic Green Chard leaves have a very mild beet flavor. The stalks have a crisp, delicate, celery-like flavor. Chard leaves are often used just like spinach , while the stalks can be substituted in recipes calling for asparagus.
