As a member of the gourd family, Organic Cucumbers are cylindrical in shape, green-skinned and have edible seeds surrounded by a mild, crisp flesh. They can be sliced into salads, cut into spears and served with dips, or used in sandwiches in place of lettuce. Combine with yogurt or sour cream and serve with curry dishes. They may also be cooked briefly and added to soups and sauces or simply sautéed in butter for a side dish.
