Organic Cucumbers (Hot House)
Organic Hot House Cucumbers are grown in greenhouses year-round. Offering the similar cool and refreshing taste as a traditional cucumber, they are much longer, usually measuring 6 to 12 inches, and contain few seeds. They can be sliced into salads, cut into spears and served with dips, or used in sandwiches in place of lettuce. Combine with yogurt or sour cream and serve with curry dishes, Organic Hot House Cucumbers may also be cooked briefly and added to soups and sauces.
