These Cucumbers are about the size and shape of a kumquat, but smaller, with the destinctive green striping of a watermelon. The resemblance to the melon is uncanny, although the taste is definitely cucumber with a slightly sweet flavor and a hint of lemon. Cute and crunchy, they give interest to summer dishes and cocktails.
