Organic Greens (Mustard)
Organic Mustard Greens are eaten raw in salads or cooked like spinach. These greens are more tangy than spinach, collards and kale with a sharp, peppery flavor that is enhanced with a sweet, mild vinegar. Organic Mustard Greens can be eaten raw or cooked; steamed, sautéed, or simmered. Prepare them like spinach, but expect a stronger flavor.
