Organic Peaches (White, Assorted)
First of the season, these white-fleshed freestone peaches have a tender, red to white skin. Organic White Peaches are slightly sweeter than yellow peaches, in fact they taste just as sweet right after harvest as they do when softened, while a yellow peach gradually sweetens as it becomes soft. Due to their low acidity, they are deliciously sweet raw; they can be baked, preserved, broiled, grilled or sautéed.
