    Ideas on what do with Melissa's Organic Whole Peeled and Cooked Chestnuts: Eat them like you would any other nut. Use them as a garnish with poultry, meat and seafood dishes. Sprinkle them on salads to add crunch and flavor. Sauté them with other vegetables like brussels sprouts, mushrooms or sweet carrots to create delicious side dishes. Mash them with other vegetables and stocks to create unique soups and purées.  Chestnuts are very versatile!
