Organic Pomegranates are a member of the berry family with a thick, leathery, crimson- brown shell containing a pinkish pulp and edible scarlet seeds which are tender, sweet and tart. Seeds (arils) are eaten fresh as well as used in salads, desserts, sorbets, soups, meat sauces, poultry, juices and sauces.
