    Yali Pears are a delicious variety of Asian pear. They have a light greenish-yellow skin and are a bit thinner and softer than the familiar Asian pear, but have a crisp white interior. Yali Pears look a bit distorted compared to that of a regular pear shape, and are larger in size. They are ripened off the tree because it allows the starches to convert to sugars, making a very sweet and juicy fruit.
