    Grown in loosely packed heads of frilly green, white and reddish-purple leaves, Salad Savoy® is ideal for decorating buffet tables. It may also be enjoyed raw in salads or cooked as a hearty winter vegetable. Cooked in vinegar or served raw with a vinaigrette will help preserve Salad Savoy's color.
