Raw, these leaves are deliciously mild and crunchy. Once cooked, they take on a delightful hint of sweetness. Use raw in salads or cooked in stir-fries, soups and sautés. Store unwashed in the vegetable crisper of the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Wash thoroughly and rinse in cold water.
