Squash (Butterkin)
This new variety of Butternut squash measures 6 to 8 inches in diameter with a flattened oval shape and pastel peach outer coloring. Each squash weighs between 2 to 4 pounds; the interior is bright orange with a very small seed cavity.

    The variety has a much sweeter flavor than a regular butternut squash and is excellent for baking, roasting, steaming and even grilling. May also be added to soups and pastas.
